Nice, but crashes often

It was crashing on the lessons, but when in the Play section it crashes every time mid-game.

Too bad because it is a nice intro to chess for my 9 year old son. Id give it a 4 or 5 if not for the crashes.

Im on OS 10.6.6 so that should be recent enough. Waiting for an update to fix the problem.
